How to Enroll in Our Early Childhood Music Classes
with our On-Line Application
1. This page contains our applications in editable PDF form. Please click on the application that you need depending on the age of your child.

2. Once completed, save it to your hard drive. (If you do not do this step the application will come through blank! Your computer may have a picture of a Floppy disk, or a SHARE IT button). Once it is saved on your hard drive, email it just like every other type of attachment.
3. Create a email with the following items:
- Email it to erika@earlychildhoodmusic.net
- Subject Line: Application
- In the body of the email please list:
- The school location (Muscle Shoals, Huntsville or Hampton Cove)
- Your choices for class times. Please give your first and second choice for availability of openings.
Mrs. Erika Cox will phone you (usually within 24 hours) to confirm space in the class. You will be asked to hold that space with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover debit or credit card for $30 over the phone. Once we have comfirmed with the credit card, your space is held and a start date will be set after the next Partner Workshop Orientation meeting. At that point, your application is binding and not refunded for any reason, as others may be turned away.
